Man Hanging from a tree in Chicago and nobody noticed

A man that looked like he had everything to live for found hanging from a tree in Chicago. The Cook County Medical reported that a man was found hanging from a tree on Lake Shore Drive. It is believe that thousands of motorist, bikers, and joggers had passed by the hanging man during the Monday morning rush hour without even a notice.
The man hanging was reported to be an Abdela M. Hagaito; he is 42 years of age and lived in the 6000 block of North Kenmore Avenue. A city case worker spotted him hanging as she noticed him on her ride to work.

The police is conducting a non- criminal investigation as the consider this to be a case of suicide. Abdela was pronounced dead at the scene at about 8 a.m. The hanging occurred in a tree just off the bike path he was an immigrant from Eritrea, a father of two, and a graduate of Eritrea’s Asmara University.
Suicides by hanging seem to be up in this country, and it seems to be the choice of suicide method in the black community, is there something that we are missing?
